Lead Project Management role for a client in the design, manufacture and supply contract for new custom manufactured mining equipment with a major manufacturing company in China. Responsible for the turnkey operational project providing the operations teams with a product that was fit for purpose and reliable for the production team to operate. The project was successful and continues to break mine production records based on equipment performance.

Lead Project Management role for a client in the drift conveyor replacement project. The project is well known in the mining industry to be the most complex conveyor replacement project in the southern hemisphere. The project included the process of design, engineering, demolition, civil construction, manufacturing, operational management and commissioning which resulted in a successful result for the client.

Lead Project Management role for the client in the removal, overhaul and installation of multiple underground conveyor systems. The project included civil, construction, mining excavation, manufacturing, engineering management and commissioning.
