About Us

Point Nine provides Consultancy, Project Management and Asset Management Services across a range of industry sectors such as mining, civil and infrastructure. While we are a relatively new company, we are definitely not new to the industry or project management.

Being involved in the mining industry for over 15 years', Point Nine has gained unique and extensive experience in managing large scale projects which include civil, structural, mining and mechanical components. Recognised as a leader in performance and quality management, we maintain benchmark standards across all projects.

Additionally, we have experience in the higher education sector working as part of a commercial development team which led the development and operation of the $600M award-winning Innovation Campus and in more recent years, involvement with a Consultant Company who provide commercially astute advisory, project management, property and technical services across a range of building, property, engineering and infrastructure projects.

We have passion and enthusiasm for what we do. Point Nine was formed to provide innovative, yet practical and cost effective project leadership, design and support. Matt Carroll

Rachel Carroll

Matt has over 15 years' on the coal face as a heavy industry operational engineer, a major projects manager and an integrator of highly specialised equipment. He provides a detailed level of control through engineering support and project management. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering specialising in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wollongong.

Rachel Carroll

Rachel has over 15 years' experience in administration, technical project support and project management (capital development, fitout and facilities management). She provides exceptional contract administration and is specialised in implementing detailed document control and procurement processes. She holds Professional Certificates in Project Management and Contract Administration.
